1. A $15 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required upon booking that will be going towards your future services. Remaining balance MUST BE PAID IN CASH
2. Upcharges due apply for updos, length, two strand twists, ropes. If needed, confirm*
3. CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY: If rescheduling is needed, you can reschedule within two weeks of your initial appointment and your deposit will go towards the appointment. If appointment is cancelled then deposit is non-refundable. Same day scheduling are not able to reschedule nor transfer deposit for a reschedule
4. If your previous style is still in when you arrive, you will be charge a $25 take down fee
5. After 15 minutes of being late it’s an extra $10 will be added to your service, if I can work you in. If not, after 15 minutes of being late your appointment will be CANCELLED and your deposit will be non-refundable.
6. NO EXTRA GUEST UNLESS THEY ARE BEING SERVICED !
7. If you book a service without a wash, please come with CLEAN and DRY hair ! No oils or grease
8. Upcharge for length. Upcharge for two strand twist, ropes, or updos
9. READ ALL DESCRIPTION THOROUGHLY ON THE SERVICE YOU SELECT. Some services require consultations. Loc extensions must be dropped of 48-72 hours in advance
10. Sunday Appointments are VIP appointments. There is a $35 VIP FEE that is added on to your service. VIP FEE of $45 applied to holidays also
11. 7:30am - 8:30am Appointments are available at a VIP rate also
